About Josh Jensen
I’m based in Santa Cruz, where I live with my wife and kids, and where we’re deeply engaged in the local community. For the last 15 years, I’ve helped launch and grow new ventures at HP—most recently leading strategy and partnerships for innovative products like IT services for small businesses.
Through that work, I found myself drawn to the passion, grit, and creativity of small business owners. I admire what they build and how much they care. That experience, combined with my background in growth strategy and operations, led me to this next chapter: acquiring and operating a business of my own.

U.S.-based light manufacturing, assembly, or distribution
$500K+ in profit, ideally with clean inventory and logistics
Products with specialty use cases or enthusiast followings
B2B Services
Service businesses with recurring work, client relationships, and operational maturity
Located in Santa Cruz, Monterey, or Santa Clara Counties
$400K+ SDE or seller earnings
Team and/or expert management in place
Ideal sectors: environmental services, niche consulting, technical services, back-office platforms, or compliance-related businesses
Institutional, recurring, or contract-based customer base preferred
